Are external customers allowed to enter the water park?

For external customers we offer Day Pass at a price of 50 euros per person and children 0-6 have a 50% discount which includes soft drinks and lunch at the hotel’s main restaurant. Our park operates 10:00 – 18:00 daily from April to October depending on the weather conditions.

What kind of events can external customers organize at the water park?

In our park, in consultation with the management, we undertake children’s parties and birthday parties with a buffet of snacks, sweets and refreshments of your choice.

What types of catering are there? What are their differences?

Here is a Half Board, All Inclusive and All Inclusive Platinum program available. Drinks are not included in the half board and guests. Half Board guests can have lunch in the main restaurant or on the beach for an extra charge as indicated in the menu. All Inclusive and All Inclusive Platinum guests can visit any of our restaurants (central-beach) free of charge either for lunch.All drinks listed below are included in Al and Al Platinum depending on the option booked. You can also upgrade the plan at the hotel reception for an extra fee.

Are sun loungers and gazebos included in the price?

With half board and all inclusive, the sun loungers are included in the price. With the Al Platinum booking, the Gazzebos are included (without service). The Gazebo service costs 30 euros. Includes fruit, 2 glasses of sparkling wine and service on the beach.

Are the à la carte restaurants extra? How can I make a reservation?

You must reserve your place one day in advance at reception for any of the A La Carte Restaurants, attendance is allowed 1x per week in each and it is included. For Half Board guests drinks are extra. For All Inclusive Guests drinks from the Catalogue have a 20% discount on Catalogue prices. For All Inclusive Platinum guests drinks and a selection of Wines are free of Charge and some wines have a 20% discount on catalogue prices.

Is entry to the water park free for hotel guests? Is there a lifeguard? What age is allowed?

Entry to the water park is free for hotel guests. There is always a lifeguard on site from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (daily opening hours). There is no age limit for access to the water park.

Are there beach towels? How much do they cost?

Beach towels are available for a deposit of 10.00 euros (cash only). You can exchange these every day at reception.

Are there bus stops nearby?

Yes. 200 meters west of the hotel. There is also a stop right outside the hotel for a roller coaster that runs to the most important attractions and points of the area.

Can I rent a car at the hotel? Is there parking? How much does it cost?

Yes, it is possible to rent a car. You just need to let reception know so that they can book the category you want. We as the hotel will get in touch with our external partner for this. The car will be brought to our hotel. We offer free parking within the hotel to our staying customers in a supervised and guarded area

What activities can I do outside the hotel?

Activities outside the hotel include: Horseback riding, snorkeling, boat rentals and water sports through third party providers.

What dietary options are available?

When you arrive, the Guest Relations staff will ask you about any allergies you may have. If you are allergic to a particular food, we will provide you with a statement so that we are also informed about your situation.

How does the Activity Pool differ from the Relax Pool?

In the Activity Pool, employees from the animation department entertain you with music and various activities in the water. Meanwhile, in the Relax Pool, the animation department is not active. There is also no music to be heard there.

In which languages is the animation?

The animation department staff speaks English, German and Greek.

Can I have a baby cot in the room? What do I need to do when I book a room to get one?

If you ask your travel agent or our hotel reception, you can get a baby cot in your room. Of course, at no cost.

Do I need to make a reservation to have a sunbed by the pool or on the beach?

You do not need to make a reservation for the hotel’s sun loungers, either those by the pool area or those down on the beach.

What is free in the spa area and what is for a fee?

The following services are available in the spa area for a fee: the whirlpool and the massage. Use of the fitness room, sauna, relaxation pool and steam bath is free of charge.

Can I book a taxi from the airport? How much does it cost? Is there a minivan for more people? What information do you need to book?

Of course, you can book a taxi from the airport to our hotel. For more than 4 persons, the company our hotel cooperates with will offer you the option of being transported to your destination in a minivan. The cost varies depending on the number of people and the final destination. We need the flight number and your passport to make the booking.

Are external customers allowed to enter the hotel?

Access to external customers is allowed in certain areas. These are the beach (restaurants, bars, sunbeds and the Gazebo) and the water park. At the beach a set (2 sunbeds with a pillow and an umbrella) costs only 6 euros while the Gazebo wooden bed costs 30 euros and includes a fruit salad, a 1liter bottle of water, a 1liter juice and 2 glasses of sparkling wine. It also operates a bar and a tavern.

Is there a stroller for babies? How much does it cost?

Yes, you can get a stroller after asking at reception. The cost is 5.00 euros per day.

Can I have a private surprise birthday dinner or a marriage proposal?

For birthdays, the hotel offers to decorate the table for breakfast or dinner and provide a free cake. Flowers can also be ordered from the Guest Relations department for a fee.

The birthday surprise and the marriage proposal must be discussed in advance with the reception staff. Alternatively, for special occasions, a private dinner (at an additional charge) can be planned on the beach. This must be organized in advance at the reception. The price depends on the menu selected and half of the price must be paid before the private dinner.

This offer is valid for 1-4 persons (dinner starts between 7pm and 8pm). If the dinner cannot take place on the beach due to weather conditions, the dinner may be postponed or cancelled. In this case, you will be contacted by the staff.

Is an early check-in or a late check-out possible?

We are happy to offer you a late check-out, subject to availability, for a fee of 10.00 euros per additional hour in the room. Regular check-out is at 11.00 a.m. You can ask for an early check-in at reception. If the room you have booked is ready for your arrival, you will be shown to your room.

Are all facilities open at the beginning and end of the season?

All our hotel facilities are open and accessible throughout the season. This of course always depends on the weather conditions.

Is there food available for someone arriving late at night?

For hotel guests arriving late in the evening, we offer a late buffet (continental buffet) with a large selection of small snacks, from 10:30 p.m. to midnight.

Are your pools heated?

The pool areas of both hotels are not heated.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are not allowed in either of our hotels.

If I arrive late at the hotel, will there be someone at the reception?

No matter what time you arrive at our hotel, there will always be a member of staff at reception to welcome and greet you. The reception is open 24 hours a day.

Do you also offer water in the room for half-board guests?

Of course. Our guests who have booked half board receive two large bottles of water in their room free of charge.
